The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; commissioned by BMZ and Co-financed by the European Union (EU) manages multi-sectorial projects across each Geo-political zone in Nigeria. A key part of GIZ’s communications work is raising awareness among both internal and external stakeholders about our portfolio highlighting partnerships, events, impacts, testimonials, human interest stories.

To meet this requirement, GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS requires services of qualified service providers (companies) that are willing and able to provide efficient and cost-effective Multi-function Printer (MFP) Maintenance Services and thus invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:

LONG TERM CONTRACT FOR MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead (1 page only).
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association.


c. Evidence of Tax payment (TCC) for 2023, 2024 and 2025 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 20,000,000.00. (1 page)
d. Comprehensive Company Profile, including average number of employees in the past three years. (max of 5 pages only).
e. Technical Experience in maintenance and servicing of Heavy-Duty Printer (particularly MFP equipment). (1 page)
f. Bank Introductory letter specifying account number not later than three months. (1 page only).
g. Five references of previous similar projects in maintenance of Heavy-Duty Printer (Particularly MFP equipment) services with international organisation in the development sector with a minimum of NGN 30,000,000.00 combined.
